FEATURES OF CREDIT CARD
The features of "CREDIT CARD" are it works as Cash Money. It provides
additional Credit Limit. The payment through Credit Card can be done domestically
and internationally. We can record and
maintain all transactions. Charges will
be regular on monthly basis while paying the Bills. The wonderful fundamental
of "Credit Card" is that “Buy Now and Pay Later”. Never withdraw Cash from Credit
Card as it will charge more Interest. Grace Period is allowed in Credit Card
usage, but after that additional Interest will be charged. To withstand competition

motivate spending.
Cash Money:
"Credit Card" holder can be
considered to be Cash In Hand. Apart from that, you can pay in various
Currencies like United States Dollar, United Kingdom Pound, European Euro, and
Australian A$ Dollar, China Yuan, etc. Travelers can use Credit Card instead of
taking Cash.
Additional Credit Limit:
Two types of credit limits are available from banks, NBFC’s etc
are Normal Credit Card limit and Revolving Credit Card Limit. Normal Credit
Card Limit will be decided when the Bank/NBFC issues the Credit Card. Revolving
Credit Card Limit is that the individual can increase the exposure of Credit Card
holder by using it properly and regularly.
Pay in Domestic and Foreign Currency:
"Credit Card" Holders have two choices. If the normal individual
wants to buy goods from outside India, he/she has to look at the cost, Convert
into domestic currency and go to Exchange Centers/Banks and pay. Nothing is
there for Credit Card Holder’s, they can pay in both Currencies like Domestic
Currencies while buying goods in India as well as pay in Foreign Currency while
paying from abroad.
Record All Transactions:
Your
Purchase, Payment, Credit, Debit, Cash Withdrawal all will be shown in the
Credit Card Transaction. It’s better to keep Credit track of the situation. The
payment will be done on a particular periodic basis.
Charges Will Be Regular:
Two type of Charges are been set in Credit Card history i.e., Annual Charges and Supplementary Charges. Annual Credit Card Charges are done on yearly basis whereas Supplementary Credit Card Charges are been collected by issuing authorities. If you issue supplementary Credit Card for your Wife, Daughter, etc Supplementary Charges will be taken for doing the service.
Non- Payment or Grace Period:
If you’re buying a product say on 12th May and the "CreditCard" companies will be giving client a grace period of say 30 days. So the client has to pay the bill fully or start the minimum payment of 10% every month from/on 12th June. Client will get the option as “BUY NOW & PAY LATER” scheme.

If you withdraw Cash of Rs. 5000, from any outlet of Credit Card/ATM outlets, immediately 3% interest will be added and immediately interest is incurred from day one. These charges will be higher than Cash Withdrawal done from Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFC’s. Credit Card is issued to do purchases not to withdraw Cash.

Any purchase or services will incur a cost and due date will be provided by Credit Card Company. If the due date is 10th June, and if you submit the whole amount or termed monthly amount on this date, no Charges will be incurred. Service Tax:
Service Tax is inclusive of all cost incurred in all Credit Card accounts. This will be directly paid to the Government Account.

Due to intense competition, Credit Card companies are providing more incentives like Bonus Points to do more Purchase or use Services and increase business.
